Excellent place for Mediterranean/turkish food. If you like to eat the best ‘lahmacun’ in tri-state area, this is the place. I’ve eaten in several turkish-Mediterranean restaurants, including the ones with highly rated and recommended restaurants, they don’t even come close to the taste of the one here. No matter how many miles away from this place, it is always worth the drive for a best lahmacun.
From the first bite, the lahmacun here was simply outstanding. The thin, crisp crust was the perfect canvas for a richly seasoned blend of minced meat, fresh herbs, and spices. Every ingredient—tangy tomato, aromatic parsley, delicate garlic—felt balanced and vibrant. Service was warm and attentive, with staff happy to explain the dish’s traditional roots and offer suggestions for toppings. The cozy atmosphere added to the charm, making it feel like a hidden local favorite rather than a typical restaurant stop. Overall, this lahmacun felt expertly crafted—authentic Turkish flavors done right. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delicious meal with heart and quality. Definitely a 5-star experience!
I love this place. It's one of the few places where I can go with my family and have a relaxing meal. I love their service and how they treat customers. I especially recommend their lahmacun (Turkish flatbread with minced meat). I think you won't regret it!
6/2025: 2nd visit. Ordered the same thing. ———— 2023: We stopped by on the way from NYC to DC and really liked this place. It’s a combination of a convenient store and a small restaurant. The food and service were good and the price was reasonable. We will definitely revisit when we’re in the neighborhood.
When we are in New Castle, we always stop by! Food is great, always hot and fresh. Owners are friendly and welcoming. Their lahmacun is amazing, I always order it! Kofte is great too. Really recommend to visit!
